How long are we able to rent the barn?
With your package, you are able to rent the barn for the weekend.
We offer a Friday night rehearsal from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, as well as two hours prior (4:00 pm) to drop off or set up whatever you need. Saturday's you will have access all day from 8:00 am until 11:00 pm. Sundays are available until 11:00 am to gather up the rest of your decor or personal items.

Yes! We have parking, as well as handicap spaces available. You may also take advantage of the shuttle from our local hotels on our preferred vendors page.

What is the role of my event coordinator(s)?
From the day you book your wedding, your coordinator(s) will be available for any questions via email. You will have three in person meetings prior to your wedding (initial, six month prior, one month prior). The day of your event, your coordinator(s) will assist you with all aspects of the day including, but not limited to, set up of all venue's items, directing and coordinating vendors, parking assistance, bridal party entrances, and all of the little things that will ensure a smooth and stress-free day.

Once you are ready to reserve your date, we will schedule your initial meeting to collect a $4,000 (2025 DATE) or $5,000 (2026 DATE) deposit (taken from the total) and sign the contract.

Are my pets allowed on the premises?
Unfortunately, we can not allow pets on the premises due to the safety and liability of your pet and our livestock.

Do you offer weddings year round?
Wedding are offered March through November. Limited heat will be provided for colder weather. There is not AC available, but we do provide fans.

Are there discounts for smaller weddings, non-Saturday weddings, off season weddings, or reception only weddings?

What happens if it rains on my wedding day?
We are able to offer an indoor ceremony in the chance of rain. We have a couple rain contingency plans that we can discuss in further detail at your meetings.

Am I required to provide my own liability insurance for my wedding?
We require liability insurance either as a rider on your homeowners insurance (if applicable) or insurance can be purchase on www.eventhelper.com.

Can I bring in my own decorations or other items?
Yes, you may bring in your own decorations and you can hang items as well. All candles must have a holder taller than the flame. The use of sparklers is prohibited. Rice, paper confetti, or other biodegradable confetti may be used outside.

We have a small bonfire pit located near the barn. Firewood is not provided.

Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas and is strictly enforced.
